The place was clean, tidy, with solid Wifi and a great value relative to cost with modern design. There is cleaning staff on-location (Cristina), available until 17:00. She is kind and helpful. 24-hour security is posted downstairs who allow entry only to those who live in the building. There's a street food place on the corner, about a 30-second walk from the guard post which opens around 06:30 every day.

The location isn't the best if you're without motor transport and are reliant on your legs only. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk out to the main road to catch a taxi or a jipney bus into town. (both very inexpensive). However, Cristina can help you to order a taxi if need be. She helped me get my airport taxi. Overall, happy to have found this place.

滞在中、台風による被害があり停電、通信障害になりましたが、電話で何か必要なサポートはありますかと聞いて下さり、サポート体制が完璧であると感じた。

一般的なホテルと違いチェックインはガードマーンが行っており、情報が伝わってなかったのか、少し時間がかかった。しかし、その後にホテル側から謝罪があったので、今は改善されているかもしれません。
