We chose to stay here because it was my special someone’s birthday, and we wanted to have a simple but memorable stay together.
When we arrived at the location, we were a little confused about where to enter since there are two gates. We noticed that the gate we walked through looked more like a warehouse, but we shrugged it off and assumed that both areas were managed by the same establishment.
Once the receptionist handed us our key card and we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room felt more like a mini condominium than an ordinary apartelle. The interior design has a bit of a 2010s feel with some modern touches, but honestly, I really liked the overall vibe.
The room had everything we needed—a dining area, kitchen, drawers for utensils, a refrigerator, and a closet area. I also loved how thick the blankets were and how bouncy and comfortable the bed felt. It really gave the room a more premium feel. They also provided two complimentary bottles of water, plates, and utensils. There's also a swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. And considering that our stay was less than ₱1,000, I think that's a great deal.
Now, for the downsides.
The location is quite far from convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. If you're planning to order food, you'll most likely need to use an online delivery service. There are a few sari-sari stores and pungko-pungko places outside, but most of them close around 6–7 PM at the latest.
I know our one-night stay was less than ₱1,000, which is already a great price, but I was a little disappointed that there were no complimentary slippers for the two of us. I ended up walking to the pool wearing only my socks. 😅
The room also has a wall-mounted TV, which was nice, but unfortunately, it's not a smart TV. It's cable-only, and we also experienced some signal issues since most of the channels were showing static.
We did enjoy swimming in the pool, especially since we were the only ones using it during our stay. However, we noticed that the water looked quite murky and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned recently, so this could definitely be improved. Also, the 1-liter bottled water sold at the property costs about twice as much as what you'd normally pay at a sari-sari store.
Despite those little issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Since it was my special someone’s birthday, I'm glad we chose this place for our little celebration. For the price, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall experience was still worth it.

There's more out there that worth more than this under same price. TV is not smart, and not usable even using cable. Pool is not clean enough. Pros is they have fridge, that's it.

Shower is broken. No basic toiletries. We have to take a bath at the faucet, yes below the faucet with slow dripping water.
