Bed and Pool in Hostel Apartment Avida Towers Cebu IT Park

Location is convenient, price is decent for the offer and, enjoyed having access to a working kitchen so I can quality control my eating All in all I had a lovely stay

Some of the beddings were musty and smelled use. Also tissue refill took a while and the airconditioning in dormitory was not cooling enough

This is a very clean, well organized, and well run "hostel". There is a dorm room and a common area/kitchen with everything you might need. The staff is very "hands off". You will be doing everything yourself, including making and stripping your bed, but everything you might need is laid out with clear instructions. They provide everything from lockers with locks to towels, to kitchen supplies. The location is phenomenal, in the heart of IT Park, with lots of food options nearby if you don't want to cook, and you have access to a swimming pool. I didn't test the wifi speed, and I didn't have any video meetings while I was there, but I had no trouble using it. If you need to work online, and you don't want to work here, there are co-working spaces nearby.

It's a bit small, but I appreciate a small, efficient space. If you're looking for a hostel/backpacker vibe this place isn't really want you want. It feels more like a place for professionals to stay temporarily than a place to make friends. Other than that, I have no complaints. I was impressed by how well run everything is.

Location was perfect. Checking in was also convenient. There was one staff who comes regularly to clean and check the unit.
