Good access to the adidas arena, solid water pressure and heating/cooling in the shower.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but the fact that I am should mean something. First off, this is not an apartment; this is a sublet within an apartment, meaning you really don't have much privacy. The room, while clean, felt very musty, and I could smell dampness as soon as I walked in. The bathroom ceiling was literally crumbling, and I did not feel safe using it. The secondary bed I slept on was nothing more than a box spring, and all the pillows in the room were throw pillows with zero cushion, so I woke up every day with back and neck pain. Furthermore, unknown to me, the owner only spoke Chinese, which wouldn't have been a huge issue except that I wasn't made aware of this until I got there, after trying to get information, since the room was hidden behind another door. Finally, I need to talk about how the photos on the listing are extremely confusing, as they made it look like multiple separate bedrooms, and the "shared bathroom" was shared between them. I don't know if the owner uses photos of all of them together, since they're all rentable, but either way it's extremely misleading and left my party and me very confused and disappointed when we arrived.

Super clean, kind host, convenient travel to the city centre.

Such a kind host and really clean place. I stayed there with my mom and it’s really easy to get to (the place is literally outside of the Metro 12 and bus station) and well connected. Organise with such kind heart, great bedding facility and shower also. The only thing that I would suggest is to include remote battery for the tv since there was no battery when we tried to turn it on - not so important but wanted to show my mom some Youtube videos of Paris that night but couldn’t get the TV on because of that. But it definitely not taking away the fact that we enjoyed our stay there in that well cared apartment.

Nice for a couple of days

good location. Our room was clean, nice mattress, and quiet. A small kitchen with all you may need for a few days staying.

However shower room’s wall need a deep cleaning, it was black in all joints and the shower carpet better not to talk about it. other than that, nice and comfortable.

Ok for the price

It was very clean and is easy to find the apartments: the building is huge

The host didn't explain what to do if the doors were locked. We were standing at the entrance to the building, and he was offline on WhatsApp, so we couldn't reach him. I warned in advance what time we would arrive, and there was no answer to my question “what to do if the entrance is closed.”

Lovely stay — super helpful host, very clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, great water pressure, perfect location above

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Chinese owner despite now speaking English did his best to help us with any needs . Had to wake him in middle of night because another room in apartment locked slide lock and we couldn’t get in. He since removed that lock. Very apologetic despite is not being his fault . Good WiFi and could log into Netflix or you tube which was nice. Apartment is right next to bus stop and metro which is amazing

It’s not a property for anyone with smoke sensitivity. Owner smokes through kitchen window. Not problem for us but to warn others. Shared restroom (seat cover on seat was weird) didn’t feel totally comfortable using kitchen but we mostly ate out

Contre cuisine bien organisée . L'ensemble très propre sauf derriére le porte de la cuisine . La couette bien chaude . Comment est chauffé car le radiateur était décroché

J'ai reçu les instructions trop tard. Je suis arrivée dans l'immeuble sans indication. J'ai du correspondre plusieurs fois avant de comprendre l'organisation. Ensuite pas de serviettes le samedi matin pour la toilette peut-être l'autre voyageur avait tout pris. Je ne comprends pas que les serviettes soient tendues dans l'entrée? Il n'y avait pas de télévision. Dans les mails que je viens de recevoir ily avait confusion dans les jours de présence

Siempre está limpio, el dueño del hospedaje viene diario a ver si falta papel, café , entre otros. Muy amable, te brindan toallas también. Es tal cual las fotos. Hay un metro y un supermercado justo al frente .

La literie de la chambre 141 est inadmissible, on ne peut pas louer avec un matelas aussi dur! Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit... La salle de bain et les toilettes ne sont pas super propre et assez vieux. La cuisine est toute petite pour manger. L'hôte ne parle que chinois, pas meme "Bonjour" en français, il y a un minimum quand on loue...

Emplacement idéal pour l'Adidas Arena, à la sortie du métro.

Salle de bain partagée (Mais c'était dit au départ ...) - les propriétaires fument beaucoup dans les lieux communs, d'ou forte odeur de tabac. Les tentures ne coulissent plus, donc impossible d'occulter la chambre pour la nuit. Il faut dormir avec les lueurs de la ville.

性价比很高，一晚70多欧的价钱在一众欧洲酒店里算是很便宜的了，而且设施非常齐全，有厨房和洗衣机可以用，浴室和厕所是分开的，厨房里还有热水壶、茶叶、咖啡、方糖等。所有的这些都不另外收费。房东人很好，愿意给顾客提供力所能及的帮助，每天都会打扫卫生。虽然距离各个景区不是很近，但是交通很便利，出门口就是153公交和地铁12号线以及T3b城轨。转角就有面包店，对面就有药妆店和小超市。无论你是来巴黎旅游抑或是来到法国生活，这个小客栈都能成为不错的立足之地。 Definetely a perfect experience. The facilities are comprehensive, featuring a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the kitchen includes a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar cubes, etc. All these amenities come at no extra charge. The host is very kind and willing to assist guests whenever possible. The host cleans the house everyday, so it's always very neat. While not directly adjacent to major attractions, the location offers excellent transport links: the doorstep connects to bus 153, Metro Line 12, and the T3b tramway. A bakery is just around the corner, with a pharmacy and small supermarket directly across the street. Whether you're visiting Paris as a tourist or settling into life in France, this charming little guesthouse can be your base.
