    The hotel i have reserved was very bad and the room is fit only for small animal ( and I don't think i will let my cat or my dogs sleep in such room ) the photo on the app does not match the reality of the room when I talked to the man in the reception he was not able to help and when I told him the hotel is cheating the customer with fake photo of the room he did not talk and when I asked to refund my money he told me go ask Agoda which means you are the responsible for that fake hotel. The most important question now for me why Agoda sell a fake hotel and very bad hotel does not even deserve to be on the Agoda page . I would say that you change the name of the hotel to be the shit hotel or the cheating hotel ( even it is not a hotel ) it's a only a dirty place. I am sorry to say that I lost my trust in Agoda and the hotel you put it on your page

    Reviewer: Muhammad Arshad I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Montana Paris. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult even to stand comfortably while taking a shower. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning and not even a fan in the room. During our stay, the temperature was around 41°C, making the room unbearably hot. We were a family of four, and it was extremely uncomfortable. We struggled throughout our stay because of the heat and the lack of basic facilities. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it to families, especially during the summer months.
