Clean, comfy, aesthetic and perfect for a short stay. The bed and room amenities were great. Location was not the most central but this is clear in the listing and was only a short walk from the train and bus stops. Room had pretty much everything you need, a small kitchenette and stove to cook simple meals, fridge, washing machine (amazing). Host is communicative and accomodating. A/C was great and also access to a vacuum cleaner very handy.
Cutleries & bowls were all plastic which made eating hot foods and drinks challenging and there were no mugs.

最大の魅力はなんといっても、１万円ちょっとというリーズナブルな宿泊料。都心からは離れているが、駅前でコンビニも目の前。窓から東京スカイツリーが見えるのも関西人にはうれしい。下町の風景にもほっとできた。徒歩圏内に銭湯がある。時間が合わず行けなかったけど、また東京出張の機会があれば、連泊して銭湯や観光を楽しみたい。
テレビがないのは意外。それよりWi-Fiが不安定でちょっと困った。この料金でぜいたくは言えないが、女性客としてはシャンプー類にこだわってもらえたらうれしい。ビジホのシャンプー類はぜったい使うなとヘアサロンで言われて、念のため使わなかった。
