スタッフの対応が早く素晴らしいです。安心して滞在出来ると思います。場所も良く、国内外の家族連れで楽しめると思います。
清掃に関しては正直良くないです。床のネバネバ、隅々にホコリだらけ、寝室で天井を見上げると換気扇の埃が今にも落ちて来そう、破損したおもちゃや、キッチン換気扇は真っ黒のホコリ、その周辺のホコリ、複数枚のタオルに付着した髪の毛、、、カーテンを開けたブラインドの破損やホコリ、とにかく清掃レベルは決して良くないです。清掃業者は変えられた方が良いと思います。それ以外は問題がないので非常に勿体無いです。また泊まりたいのですがやはりそれが不安です。。一度、ソファの周りから、おもちゃや備品類、全て清掃すべきだと思います。
トイレは清掃が行き届いてました。
