位置完美，距押上站A3電梯出口400m，樓下就是7-11超商。新大樓，一層一戶，三面採光，大樓與房源都是密碼鎖，安全無虞。電梯按鈕為非觸碰感應。入住指示非常精確清楚。距知名的 龜屋kameya 麵包超近，早上8:00開門去購買熱呼呼的早餐麵包很滿足。
浴巾毛巾僅提供薄薄的一塊布，上面還有洗不掉的髒污，住了四晚也沒有額外太多的數量提供。浴室沒有提供大瓶沐浴用品，僅提供小瓶旅行組。雖有提供微波爐，但碗盤杯皆為「不可微波」的用具，值得注意。進房時發現餐桌有幾處黏黏的食物污漬。

We liked how clean and comfortable the apartment was.
First of all, the TV was not working, we asked the staff so many times to help but he did not help us. Secondly, we booked the checkout at 12PM but he forced us to leave at 10AM sharp.

Brand new building, very close to Skytree.
The beds and towels were so dusty, smelly and dirty. It was almost unusable since the towels were not new. We complained and got new towels next day, but still the quality was bad.
