Très propre, spacieux, très bien situé, calme
Peu de choses pour cuisiner , manque d’explications sur le fonctionnement , les poubelles, le tri, climatisation par exemple. Pour les étrangers tout est compliqué. Il manque de la convivialité , petit mot d’accueil par exemple.

el barrio es tranquilo y agradable. la casa tiene un comedor grande donde poder desayunar o comer y una cocina cómoda
hay muchas escaleras para llegar a la vivienda cargados con maletas y son estrechas, el sofá del comedor estaba sucio y hay otra estancia con mas escaleras. La casa es desconcertante.
