Villa Mirador del Atlantico With Private Pool

Lovely property, very clean! A good range of kitchen utensils, dinnerware etc. The outdoor with the pool area is perfect for evenings, bbqs and chilling.

The 4th room which is located downstairs on the level of the garage. The room is presentable however there is nowhere to hang clothes, the windows are very small we very little natural light, there is no aircon, the toilet is across the other side of the garage itself which isn’t ideal and quite scary in the middle of the night. Finally there is no banister on the staircase leading down so it is dangerous and was not fit for purpose. We had to all share the 3 bedrooms upstairs which wasn’t ideal as we booked on the basis of 4 usable bedrooms.

Très grande maison, propreté irréprochable, photos conformes à la réalité.

Le manque de clarté concernant les frais de chauffage de la piscine. En effet, 35€/jour sont demandés pour chauffer la piscine en réservant sur Booking, nous avons eu cette information qu’une fois la réservation réalisée. De plus, plusieurs relances de l’agence en seulement 24h pour récupérer l’argent en liquide alors que la piscine n’était pas encore chaude (Nous avons réservé la veille pour le lendemain). Beaucoup d’intermédiaires (Agence locale + Booking), ne permet malheureusement pas d’avoir à mon sens un bon rapport qualité/prix, c’est dommage car la maison est joli et bien placée.
