Well, let’s start with this, I liked the comfort of the beds, the fact that all the rooms were very large and the kitchen was enough for everyone to cook there. There were enough bathrooms for every room so it was a plus, all the rooms were clean. Eva from Casangular was very responsive to our messages and it was considered nice. The villa was relatively new so you could say you had quality and comfort at the same time…but, continuing with the bad part…

Here we have a longer list: 1. THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A WORKING SITE 10M AWAY FROM US WAS NOT MENTIONED, they said that there will be some workers there but, man…every day without Sunday from 8AM till 4PM the industrial pickhammer was smashing rocks continuously destroying your brain. 2.I was expecting the view to be better but you can actually see the ocean only from one master bedroom and from the other rooms you could only see…the other villa :)) 3. Well the fact that there was a housekeeping service every 3 days was ok…but was it? Sometimes we were wondering if someone came because our towels were not changed or the bed sheets. 4. It’s a shame that the villa is so new and you could already see the degradation of it everywhere, from the walls, furniture, appliances in the kitchen(also to mention that in one day housekeepers came and they were brushing the house like there were no white walls near them that could be destroyed) :)) 5. The fact that you had to put warranty 1000€ but everything had signs of damage(walls, furniture, the pool) when we arrive so someone could expect some complaints after leaving(hope not us) 6. No dishwashing machine tablets, no clothes washing machine tablets, we had to buy toilet paper because you didn’t receive new one when they were changing the towels, no shower gel, no shampoo(all were empty we had to fill them with our shower gel) 7. The light in the pool was not working and the water was too cold.

Disappointed that there was construction works on the development and this was not advised until arrival at the property. Also advert in booking.com also referred to a hot tub and jacuzzi being available but this did not appear to be the case.

The property was immaculate, plenty of room for the 8 of us who stayed. The staff were brilliant with us, very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations on places to visit. All the facilities were top of the range. About a 10 minute walk to a lovely town with a few shops and restaurants as well as a local taxi rank.

Only a slight downside but the property is near a construction site for other villas, during the week you can hear work being carried out but it is not a problem at all.
