Saint Maxime

La villa está genial para ir en grupo ya que tienes para hacer asadero, la piscina... y los espacios comunes como salón o cocina son bastante amplios y cómodos. Añadir que al estar tan alejada puedes estar tranquilo.

Para el precio que tiene, le falta mantenimiento. La piscina tiene el fondo roto, en el jardín vive una familia de gatos que entran a la casa a buscar comida. Solo hay electricidad en la primera parte de la casa, es decir, la terraza, el salón-cocina y la primera habitación. Además, no hay luz en el resto de baños. Por último, comentar que tampoco hay aire acondicionado, por lo que ir en agosto con 30 grados en adeje, pueden imaginarse las noches. Para terminar, comentar el camino para llegar a la casa, ya que no está bien indicado porque la ubicación que te envían no te manda a la entrada de la casa, que está en medio de la montaña, por lo que te recomiendo ir con la compra bien hecha.

The location was great for me..off the beaten track up in the mountain..fantastic.

No air con but the place made up for it..it wasn't too much of an issue to be honest.

On the positive side, the views were lovely and the area was very peaceful, making it a relaxing location. With some investment and repairs, this property could be much better, but in its current condition it was disappointing.

We stayed at Saint Maxime recently and unfortunately the property did not meet expectations. The house is very dated and in need of significant maintenance. Several chairs were broken, there were missing plates in the kitchen, and the shower was broken on arrival. We also had constant issues with the toilets during our stay. The villa was quite hard to find, especially on arrival, and the pool felt unsafe due to the uneven floor, which could be dangerous for guests.
