Vila Maravilla with Private Pool and Ocean View

Emplacement très bien situé. La piscine est très grande et magnifique. La maison est grande. Le personnel nous a bien accueilli et nous a permis de venir plusieurs heures à l'avance. Une bonne rapidité pour les réponses via WhatsApp.

Les lits sont assez dur mais sans être trop exagéré. Certaines finitions sont à revoir (chaises déchirée, fenêtres qui ne ferme pas...). Mais le gros point faible de la maison c'est l'absence d'air conditionné malgré que ce soit indiqué. On nous a dit que c'était en panne mais il n'y a aucune trace d'airco dans la maison. On nous a dit que c'était compliqué de le changer sur Booking mais il faudrait au moins l'indiquer dans la description ou sur une photo car nous avions une femme enceinte qui ne supporte pas la chaleur et certaines chambre sont très chaudes.

The villa is huge, spacious, and well-equipped. It's perfect for 12 people since you'll find 6 seperate bedrooms and 3+1 bathrooms. 2 kitchens make it easy to prep a meal, 2 stoves and ovens, 2 fridges and a fireplace. The view is amazing, the cleanliness was excellent and we had proper big towels for us. The pool was amazing. Lidl and Mercadona was 8 minutes away which makes it so much easier to get anything quickly for this big property. You'll need a car though and some good skills to get up here haha. The parking is inside, 3 or even 4 cars could fit in.

Every single part of the villa was excellent. The pool area had lots of space, facilities were amazing as there was a gym area outside too. Bedrooms all clean and the views were stunning

The location was great, quiet but near main towns if you had a car. The villa was clean and spacious.

We had two different addresses on our paperwork one for the key collection and one where the property was. Number 33 for key collection and 15A for the property. When we found the key box we thought we then had to drive to find where 15A was as all the numbers in the area were in their thirties. We spent an hour driving around trying to find the property. It turned out the key box where the keys are are right at the property but there is not a number on the key box or gate. 15A should be put on the gate as was confusing. Of course if we had pushed the key fob the gate would of opened but did not think to do this as the numbers were all thirties! This property sleeps eight people there were three of us, adults. The hot water was not adequate for the property size. The hot water ran out after two showers. The round bath could not be filled up to the top as the hot water ran out half way. My partner was not happy that he could not have a shower before going home as I had a shower and washed my hair and my son has a shower he takes about 5 mins in the shower I took about 15-20mins, the hot water then went cold. It takes over and hour to get more hot water.
