The classic charm continues in the interior which is set across 2 levels and boasts a stylish decor, high-quality furnishings and air conditioning. A lush open plan living/dining area holds comfortable sofas with TV including UK channels and patio doors to the balcony with amazing views of surrounding scenery and a swimming pool view. You will enjoy cooking home made meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 1 bedroom is located on the 1st floor, which also includes the roof terrace. For panoramic views, the roof terrace is the ideal place to enjoy picturesque sea views while sipping on a cocktail or a glass of wine on a sun lounger, here guests can also gather and appreciate warm evenings together around the seating area.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are located in downstairs apartment which has a separate entrance and is accessed via the terrace. The air conditioned apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, small living area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This is an excellent feature and is highly recommended for guests who would like some privacy away from the group but remain in the same property.
The exterior has been meticulously crafted with a personal touch from the owner, with high attention to every detail to design this idyllic setting and making sure guests are enjoying the life they are living. Many different chill out spots with patio furniture are set around the exterior, creating a peaceful and private space for guests. Sun loungers surround the private heated pool, perfect for sunbathing and making the most of a refreshing swim. Alfresco dining? fire up the BBQ and gather the whole group and dine outdoors on the large dining table.
LOCATION DISCRIPTION;
Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.

What an amazing villa. The photos really don't do it justice. There were 8 of us staying and we all agree that the beds are really comfy and the villa is well equipped, a proper home from home. The outside space is fantastic with an amazing pool and the comfiest sun loungers we've ever had. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the air con and it was quickly rectified. Calleo Salvaje has the quieter vibe that we prefer with some lovely bars and restaurants. Thank you for letting us share your lovely villa. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our large party stayed here back in February and we all came back extremely satisfied with the villa it was just what we wanted, modern, clean, good condition, heated pool, spacious so happy we chose this one in the end we would recommend to all. For those that don't know local area its 10 minute walk to all local ame ities bars, restaurants, shops, supemarkets and beach you have everything in Callao Salvaje you need.
