Hosts are great, easy to get in touch and will help out with anything you need! Parking was great, right in front of the building. Location defiantly on point, right on the lake, 3 min to walk to couple restaurants on the lake or to rent a bike. 10 min drive from Subotica, and 5 min walk to grocery store.

The property is new, clean, has everything you need and is very quiet. Lake and Supermarket within walking distance.
No greenery outside the building, but assuming as jt is a new building.

Odlicna lokacija apartmana. Mirno i tiho, a na 50m od jezera i parka. Stan je u novoj zgradi, sa pogledom na parking. Parking je iza rampe, u okviru zgrade i bilo je dovoljno mesta. Sve je savrseno cisto i udobno. Solidno opremljena kuhinja i kupatilo. Bilo bi zgodno da je bila jos jedna veca serpa i neki toster. U apart su 2 televizora, sa dovoljno sadrzaja. Ima i lepu terasu. Grejanje je dobro. Na radijatoru je termostat gde moze da se podesi zeljena temperatura. Sa vlasnicom je dobra i prijatna komunikacija. Sve preporuke za ovaj apartman i dosli bismo ponovo.
