The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard which lets on a central pedestrian street. Very convenient. As access to the building in controlled the owner, Tamas met us out front, I had texted him via WhatsApp when we arrived at the train station. The apartment is large and comfortable with a spacious balcony. All the facilities were very good. Tamas was a helpful, gracious host. Please note payment in cash is expected upon arrival.

The apartment is right on the main pedestrian street in Subotica. It is possible to park ~100m away (Vuka Karadzica street) and there is usually enough empty parking slots.
The corridor (on the way to the apartment) has unpleasant odour (as if someone nearby is fermenting cabbage). The apartment itself is pleasant and nice.

The apartment is spacios, modern and clean, located in the very city centre. Although it is the centre, it was very quiet during the night so we slept well. The host was kind and responsive.
The building has a horrible smell that literally suffocates you and it gets worse in the upper floors where the apartment is located. However, the apartment itself did not have this problem, inside was a very pleasant smell so we could sleep normally.

Excellent location. Clean apartment. Big rooms that were great for our family. Friendly and professional host. Having access to a washing machine was a great bonus.
