The Location of FirvTree was good. Very quiet and outside space was very good. There were problems with the hot water. The boiler was at fault.
The pre arrival onine booking was a problem. For some reason it would not accept my correctly entered credit card.
The hot water problem was difficult. The Cub was not serving food on a regular basis.

The property was very comfortable. I am sure that in the Summer months families and their dog would be quite at home with the large outside area to enjoy.
The boiler was very temperamental which caused a problem when needing hot water. The lady plumber was very helpful and visited 3 times at least. Mark 1066 very helpful, can’t say the same for the park maintenance (if that is what they are called) one man on the end of the telephone who I had been passed over to by 1066 to help with the boiler was extremely rude.
