住宿地點距離弘大七號出口是平坦的路，步行約7分鐘，週邊用餐也方便，選擇性很多。廚房的餐具很齊全，很方便使用。回收品須清洗乾淨，自行處理至屋主指定位置。屋內有一個超大餐桌，家人或是朋友聚餐很方便，下次會再回訪。
屋外的鐵門是故障的，尚未修復。因為是老屋翻修，有些清潔需要再多加強。室內採光不太好，即使是白天都需要開燈。行李寄放放在花園中，下雨時用帆布蓋住，因為是屋外會有陽光曝曬的問題，若是行李箱有食物則需要多考慮，但因為花園鐵門目前故障，對於行李存放有不安全感。這個部分需要改善!
