Hongik Univ Station Greenery Terrace House

I like everything about Greenery Terrace House, starting from very kind hospitality owner up to all amenities and necessities. Location is very nice, lots of restaurants around, not very far from Hongik University station. Thanks

De locatie is goed. Communicatie met host en het oplossen van een probleem verliep goed en snel.

Badkamer met wc combi is niet handig in zo’n kleine ruimte.

L appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Hondae à 5 minutes du métro dans un quartier trés agréable piéton avec des des commerces, des bars et des restaurants mais ai calme dans une petite rue. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l appartement trés bien équipé. Les lits sont trés confortable. Pas besoin de climatisation car l appartement reste frais malgré la chaleur et n est pas humide. Le propriétaire à distance est trés réactif et sympatjique. Nous avions 3 chambres dont une avec un canapé, une salle à manger et une cuisine. La petite terrasse est agréable. Je recommande !

Pas beaucoup de lumiere dans la piéce principale et le rooftop n est accesible que pour un appartement qui n etait pas le notre.

I had no idea that this was a basement house. This is usually considered a low end house in Korea. When I was showered, people could look in . The window was open, even though it was a small window. I thought it was open partially because ventilation was required because when I came, it was already set up as such, and I was shocked when two men walked past, and I was showering. . Also, if you wanna leave your bag at the location they charge you 20,000 Krw. The host absolutely nothing, except leave the bag there, but this money grabbing concept is a bit of a turnoff for me. I would never stay here again. The price of the house is higher than normal. I was happy to pay, but if I asked to leave my bag for an hour or two before my transportation to the airport, happens, the answer was to pay more money. I wouldn’t understand if you needed money if the host had some work to do, but there’s absolutely no work required . Five minutes down the road there is a professional storage for your luggage at half the price. I guess my main point is it’s feels very money, grabbing and accommodations are sub par for the price that they are charging. Also, in the house, there was a notice that you get free chicken if you give them a perfect review. This is probably why they have any good reviews .
