I liked that it was two bedrooms with 3 large double beds, had a kitchenette and a washing machine. The owner was also very responsive to questions we had. The location was in easy walking distance the all of the shops, restaurants and transport options. The apartment was also well soundproofed with little to no street noise.
No elevator, but that’s not unexpected.

The apartment was really nice, big, comfortable, and clean. The beds were big, we slept well in them. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Hongdae neighborhood, near entertainment and many good restaurants. Also, it's close to the metro station, which is nice. There is a nice pub right next to the apartment with good food and drinks. The host was also helpful and nice. Too bad we couldn't stay longer, for 3-4 weeks, we would have liked to.
It's a little noisy at night, the windows don't soundproof very well. But it's still fine.

Excellent location and very well designed with everything you might need. Spacious bedrooms and lots of place to store luggage
Was slightly difficult to find when first arriving but not an issue once you worked this out.
