乾淨、房價便宜
房間小、冷氣機太髒、清洗濾網後才變冷。

It is very clean and very well maintained, great for a group of 4-5 people, although may feel small for some people.
There is a laundromat to dry your clothes within 3 minutes and a konbini (7-11) 3 minutes away. There are also multiple konbinis to and from the hotel like Lawson,7-11 and FamilyMart as well as restaurants and a shopping district if you take the South Exit from Shin-Koiwa station.
The staff are also easy to communicate
Some people may not like the 10-15 minutes walk to and from the nearest station Shin-Koiwa but it should be fine for most people.

Gostei das camas, limpeza, localização, facilidade de pegar a chave.
Não gostei da escada ingrime, poderia ter um sofá mais confortável ou uma televisão no quarto.
