Really comfortable space, amazing location that was 5 minutes walk to the station.

Would not change anything about the property. It was perfect!

The house is very spacious and clean. Online check in was easy. Very close to Shin Koiwa Station. We knew Shin Koiwa is a bit out of the city but with a family of 4 adults with luggage we preferred the space (and two toilets!) to being central. Still it’s only 15 min from Tokyo station on the rapid train. There are a lot of great local places to eat nearby and it gave a true sense of what it’s like to live in suburban Tokyo.

House 22 was a great base from which we explored Tokyo. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was a 5 min flat walk to train station, convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, local shopping mall, pharmacies, McDonalds, etc. It was easy to find in a well lit area when arriving at night time. Self check in and check out was very easy. Owners responded to queries very promptly. The wifi was excellent. Individual air conditioning in each room was a bonus. Having two toilets was also a bonus. Our group consisted of 2 parents with 2 young adult children, it accommodated us all really well with a bedroom to spare. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Linen, towels, toiletries and slippers are all provided. It’s a 15min ride into Tokyo station via the rapid train which leaves ShinKoiwa station every few minutes.

Nothing to dislike, it met all our expectations.
