It´s ok for sleep, but to spend more then 10 min in there you should go somewhere else.

Checking out and not having to go beck there.

The television didn´t work, the apartment was ice cold upon arrival, it took the better half of the first day to get some heat it in. When booking an apartment it´s likely that the guest is going to spend more time in there then he would do in a hotel room, for that the television is a must work item, let alone that it´s tiny, I would have ignored that if it would have worked. Never staying there again.

Didn’t like the constant emails from the property and some rules like washing dishes before leaving.

Basic apartment, maintenance/stock issues

Good location, secure building, close to Manchester city.

We had a few issues on arrival which took time to fix. The hot water ran out after one use of the shower, which we had to get maintenance the next day. The blind in the bedroom was broken, so that had to be fixed on the second day. The wifi did not work, and we were not provided much help. We were told to call the network provider, and so spent an hour on the phone to diagnose and fix the problem. Also, no dishwashing/cleaning products (cloth, sponge, paper towel, brush etc) were provided, so we had to go buy those ourselves after asking for them. The reception team of the building (who we were told were not associated with the property) were actually quite helpful, but the apartment should be better stocked and maintained to avoid this.

Great for a long stay

Comfy bed. Had everything you needed for a long stay including toaster, laundry equipment, tea kettle, and hair dryer. Great location. Lovely bathroom. Very thoughtful that there was some tea and coffee available immediately.

This property is managed by a group that is separate from the concierge on property and that management group was difficult to reach. In particular, I had wifi connection issues. There is a separate wifi installation in each unit which is great but Instructions are needed on how to connect. Just telling me that I need to set up a Glide account was not helpful in any way. Concierge on property told me that the wifi set up was in the closet and that got me started.
