Lovely flat, but organisation needs improvement.

Location was good, only a short car ride into the city centre. Flat was spacious, clean and comfortable and had all you need for a pleasant stay. The beds and bedding were lovely and it was good to have secure parking..

Despite messaging 3 times, we had no contact from the host to tell us what arrangements there were for accessing the property. We only got this info 5 hours before check in. The flat was not ready for us at our check-in time and we had to wait around for cleaning to finish before we were able to check in. There was no remote control available for the secure car park garage door, so if you are alone this would not be a possibility, as one person needed to enter the building and go into the garage to operate the door opener manually, which makes it impossible as you have no time to get your car in before it automatically closes again.

Impressive interior and really comfortable beds!

The place was spacious and the interior was very well maintained. The apartment was immaculate! Would definitely book again.

Theres not a lot of food options around but there is a grocery store that is a few minutes away. Also if you have an SUV, the parking’s ceiling is quite low so you might need to open the boot outside the parking lot.

Deceiving and disgusting.

The property was the worst I’ve stayed in. It is deceiving. The pictures are a lie. The bed had a stain on that I had to go find another cover to just add - I felt disgusted that I had to do this. The toilet lid was missing in one bathroom. The other the toilet lid was broken so every time you lifted the lid it took ages to get it in the right position. The en-suite shower door opened inwards which meant the shower taps were covered with the door. So the only way to open it was once you inside - nice to be hit with cold water first! One of the glass cups were dirty. A blanket had brown stains. It was honestly the worst stay ever. Spoiled my whole mood. The TV Netflix doesn’t work. I messaged and no response from owner and even with the car park I messaged when I booked and they messaged the day before the booking. Lack of care.

Fabulous

Really nice, well presented apartment. Was very cosy and comfortable. We booked the apartment very last minute and the host was responsive, professional and gave us all of the information we needed to get checked in. Communication was great.

Terrible check in for such a great place

The property was clean and very modern.

Check in was terrible. We didn’t receive any check in information, had to call to get any sort of check in information. We were at the place at check in time, but were not allowed in for 40 minutes despite the rain. We were given wet towels, and there was no hand soap
