    I checked in the room at 2 AM today, and people who lived in my next room were terrible. They talked to each other loudly at 3 AM, so I could not sleep at all. I tried to tell the reception and warn them, but they were still the same. When they went out the room for smoking, they also closed the room door strongly. I had the worst experience for this hotel. In the end, I checked out the hotel before 4 AM immediately.

    Room was spacious, but the room was not clean. Bathtowel was dirty, bathroom floor was still wet when I checked in, the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned as well. Hotel staff seemed poorly trained. Simply received call and ask do you want to check out or you want extend which I already checked out one hour ago.. which sounded unprofessional and unclear. And the hairdryer costs Rm1 per minute.
