    The room was so big can stay like 5 adults, the staff was good also and the room also clean ... The bathroom got bathtub even though hotel budget.. can get the room price below hundred suite for staycation...will repeat soon went we come to jb

    Room is big come with big shower/ toilet.Basic toiletries and coffee powder was given.Price is low and reasonable.Staff was friendly.Only thing is my room smell of cigarettes and some people staying there will open their room door and smoke cos corridor is non Aircon.Not recommended for people who hate cigarettes smell and for family with kids

    Hi wrongly book this because of name lotus hotel chain of hotels in Malaysia is very good standard, but when I reach they told me this hotel is noting to with that lotus location is very far from town , in hotel don’t have any water bottle, 2cup with no hot water facilities not cupboard is not 3star hotel is like guest house or hostel not good for tourists or new visitors thanks
