Very clean, in convenient location, efficient air conditioner and Netflix was working on tv😃. Staff was wonderful. Owners are very attentive and fast response to my messages.
As my first time staying in a condominium, instead of hotels, i could use instructions guidance about how are the procedures on arriving. I had no problem anyway. I struggled with how function electric stove, stove exhaust drain and shower. They all worked but a printed information could save time😇.

The Alexa was a really great addition and they provided everything I could have needed. A small mall downstairs with several food and grocery options, also super close to the business district of Makati.
The check-in process was unusual and made unnecessarily stressful. Some things could be cleaner (eg the handles on the cupboards). The road is noisy in the mornings and you can’t use the pool without getting a coupon from the admin office, which is closed on Sundays.

Nice building and location. Glad there's a fridge
The valve for the toilet leaked so had to be turned on and off when using. Poor water flow in shower.
