    Pros: Room Comfort: The air conditioning is freezing cold, the bed is just right, and they provide two pillows that are the perfect balance—not too soft, not too hard. The linens and towels were perfectly clean. Bathroom Basics: The water pressure is strong, and the water heater works perfectly. Environment & Staff: It’s a quiet hotel with kind and attentive staff. The Best Part: Menggay, the in-house hotel pet cat! She happily joins guests in the elevator and knows how to use the stairs. A wonderful highlight of the stay. Location: Very convenient and highly walkable to Ayala Malls Circuit. Cons: Property Age & Maintenance: The hotel feels dated. The restroom door is quite hard to open, and there is a noticeable sewage smell coming from the restroom. Connectivity: Even though the network speed is 300 Mbps, the Wi-Fi frequently drops or slows down to a crawl when multiple users are connected. Policy Enforcement: Although it is a non-smoking hotel, some tenants still smoke indoors. It's unclear if the staff actively checks or enforces fines for this. Verdict: I would definitely come back, but only if they manage to fix their Wi-Fi issues and address the sewage smell in the restrooms.

    The establishment is just near Ayala Circuit Malls. The area itself does not feel like its in your usual busy makati streets, it feels homey. For the cost of the stay i say it is worth it. I will definitely book again with this stay. Hopefully the establishment below remains open for business. The area itself is say
