Stay here for Ann's excellent concierge services. She's super helpful, strong emphasis on this.... you can show up with 0 plans, and she'll put together everything and the rates are super reasonable for transport and tickets. The rooms are quite large, there is a little garden to hang out with mates and she's even got a cat room with 6 cutie cats.
If you're expecting an indoor communal area to hang out with other travelers, this isn't that kind of place. Though maybe during busy season the garden area could be used for that. Aside from that, the rooms are spacious and clean, well equipped and ANYTHING you need Ann will take care of. Great spot!

Spacious room, comfy beds, very helpful host!

The room was large, clean and tidy with a hot shower. Beds were comfy too.
We chose not to pay the extra £10 for AC. It was a 15 minute walk to the nearest 7/11 and supermarket. As a one night stopover before Ko Phayam, this was fine.
