My husband and I live a couple hours from the beach, we decided to get away for a couple days, and chose this little place on the beach. This little unit did not disappoint. Perfect for our stay. Right across the street from a couple little restaurants. Not directly on the beach but we could see the ocean from the front steps. We walked about 500 feet to get to the beach, and the sunset was gorgeous! The little section of the beach right there is not super congested, it was very nice! Even though we didn't have to use them, I thought it was really nice that they had a couple grills outside, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer n dryer in a little shed for all units to use.
If I had to say something negative, which isn't easy with this place, I would say we were in a bottom unit with a unit above us. We could hear all foot steps above us. No big deal because when we were inside to go to bed, we heard no noise .

Peaceful, nice and clean with room for everyone . loved the location
Wish it had some lamps in the living room and bedrooms along with curtains (preferably room darkening)
