3/2 Direct Gulf Front, Small Complex with Pool

We loved it! This was our first time going to a beach on the Florida Gulf Coast and it exceeded our expectations.. I've been to Aruba, the DR, Jamaica & Turks & Caicos and honestly, we liked the beach just as much as any of those islands. The unit was very close to the water, making it easy to come back up to the unit for lunch and nap time for our kids. The balcony also had a great view! We're already thinking about coming back to IRB next year.

Perfect for our family of 6 for the week. Plenty of space, nearby to all of the local hot spots, only 10 units so the pool was never crowded, beautiful views and easy walk on the beach and back to pool. Elevators and cart for easy loading and unloading. Plenty of towels and sand / beach supplies. Minimal toiletries but we didn’t expect that so we were prepared. Key to access the pool and other access doors was a little cumbersome at first to remember but great for safety. So easy to check in and out and host was very helpful in answering questions timely. There is a ph pic access right next to it but not busy like others and only a few spots for parking in that area so we didn’t think it was an issue. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and ample seating. Love it and would go again!

Mostly good. Location is great! The unit is very spacious & had plenty of seating, kitchenware, spices & towels, (including several beach towels which was a first)! The unit is outdated but we didnt mind. I would have preferred the ceiling fan in the living area instead of over the dining table but we managed. The drawers and cupboards in the kitchen need a good cleaning as there is a musty smell. Overall a good stay!
