The location, access to the beach and the swimming pool.
It is just good for maximum 4 people, considering that 2 people will sleep on the coach. In the description, it is mentioned that there are also 2 extra camping beds, but there is no room to open in the appartement.

The best towels I have ever experienced in all my travels, a washing machine & washing supplies. It had air conditioners in bedroom & lounge room. Location is good if you have a car as it comes with parking.
The property is very very tired, the shower leaked, very small & only has a hand rail. The unit was situated in the bottom floor, no water views from the unit, train line very close to the building.
