Belfiore Apartments near the tramway

The staff were very very helpful and responsive. I was very impressed even before arriving. Further, the location was just central to all spaces.

I just enjoyed everything from this space.

The apartment is conveniently located within a 12–15-minute walk of Florence’s main train station. Alternatively, you can take the tram for just two stops, which is an even easier option, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. The apartment is situated at a busy intersection, so there is some traffic noise. The tram stop is visible from the window, but the trams themselves were not particularly noisy. Most of the noise came from the intersection, especially during the day. There is a large hotel nearby where you can have a meal, although there are not many cafés or restaurants within walking distance. For a wider choice of dining options, you’ll need to head a little closer to the city center. However, one of the apartment’s biggest advantages is the tram stop right outside, which provides quick and convenient access to Florence’s historic center and its main attractions. The apartment itself is compact but very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. It has a lovely small balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen included everything we needed, and the apartment was supplied with towels and bed linen. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential during the 37°C summer heat, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The host was very friendly and welcoming, clearly explaining everything we needed to know about the apartment and making check-in easy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is located on a busy intersection, so you can hear some traffic and city noise, particularly in the early morning and during the evening. It wasn’t a problem for us and didn’t affect our stay, but if you are a very light sleeper or prefer a completely quiet environment, it’s something to keep in mind. Otherwise, we found the location very convenient.

Apartamento muy completo y moderno. Cama confortable. Justo enfrente la parada del tranvía al aeropuerto y cerca de paradas de bus al centro y de la estación de tren.
