    Check-in at 3:00 PM, but we only got into the room at 3:45 PM because the room wasn’t ready. The door knob was broken. The water drainage in the small bathroom was slow. There were cockroaches in the room

    Booked this unit through Agoda for a family stay. On our last night the main door lock failed completely — the key wouldn’t turn either way and broke in the lock. Staff came but even their spare key didn’t work, and the locksmith confirmed the fault was in the door lock itself, not the key. We were stuck in the lobby from 9pm until past midnight with young children, unable to get to our belongings, with a 6am flight the next morning. On top of that, we were pressured into paying the locksmith fee late at night despite the lock being defective, not our fault. A broken main door lock that traps guests is a real safety issue, especially with kids. Would not stay again.
