    1. The toilet is very dirty. 2. There are lots of tiny cockroaches on the bathroom walls,kitchen and living room. It’s absolutely disgusting! 3. The refund deposit also very very slow take many days to proceed it.

    The room is like the photo, the water in the apartment is just drops that can't even be used for bathing and defecating, we even had to go to the bathroom swimming pool below just to take a shower,, 3 days and the pillowtalk staff didn't help at all, 3 FULL DAY. Not to mention there is baby croach crawling around in the sofa. and when checked out and I asked for a refund of my deposit, they send me picture there was vomit on the pillow and mold and reduced the deposit by 60RM, it was outrageous.. we didn't vomit at all and we should be the ones who were angry because we had to Sleeping on a pillowcase that has mold. And of course they still cut the deposit, it was really rude and I would never stay in any pillowtalk apartment again.
