Rooms are thoughtfully and practically designed for travellers with minimalist tastes. Linens and towels are pristine and staff very responsive and helpful. One star taken off for poor sound-proofing of rooms. Top-notch evening staff were immediately responsive and dealt with loud, unruly neighbours.

The room was great, clean, air conditioning working properly. The location is perfect with the night market around the corner, 25 mins walking to the Petronas and KLCC.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, breakfast was nice and beds were very comfortable.
