The room, while compact, is very clean and very modern. Everything is controlled via the iPad. Comfy bed. central location which is a stone's thrown from Jalen Alor. Most tours pickup from this hotel. Breakfast is included and has a good location selection to compliment the continental fare. Highly recommend.

Modern, clean accommodation. Friendly staff. 3 minute walk to Jalan Alor Street Market. Room was compact. Bathroom was compact too. No tea and coffee making facility in room. However, there was bar/restaurant on site. Overall, a very positive experience at CitizenM. Would stay again.

I had a great stay! The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully designed.
The customer service was absolutely amazing! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
The employees really stood out and made the experience even better with their professionalism and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay at the same location again.

Favourite good value place to stay in KL.
Small quibbles - have to give the room door a hard shove to open it; would like room service or late night dining (tbf many eateries nearby open late though); a small gym would be great but...for the money, quality and location can't beat it.
