Super Lage, praktisch und durchdacht eingerichtet, Check-in komplikationslos.
Alles war gut, aber mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet.

Το κατάλυμα δεν προσφέρει πρωινό. Επίσης δεν προσφέρει υπηρεσία αλλαγής πετσετών και καθαριότητας. Ο οικοδεσπότης όμως ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μας έφερε παραπάνω πετσέτες και κάποια λίγα σκεύη που ζητήσαμε. Όλα ήταν καλά.
Θα ήταν καλύτερα αν υπήρχει μία καρέκλα στο πάνω όροφο εκεί που ήταν το κρεβάτι και ένα tray στη κουζίνα για τα πιάτα και τα μαχαιροπήρουνα. Δεν υπήρχε φούρνος. Το στρώμα στο κάτω καναπέ ήταν ακατάλληλο για ύπνο, πολύ σκληρό.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Apartment liegt in einem schönen Altbau, 8-10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Für mich persönlich war es kein Problem, aber es gibt im Apartment eine sehr steile Treppe, die für ältere Menschen, Menschen mit Einschränkungen und Kinder gefährlich sein kann.

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, ich habe die Altstadt von Passau bis zum Zusammenfluss von Inn und Donauf von dort aus zu Fuß erwandern, sowie auf der anderen Innseite die Lederergasse.
Vielleicht ein Tipp an den Besitzer des Appartments: Sie sollten vielleicht eine kleine Warnung einfließen lassen, dass das Appartment gewissermaßen zwei Ebenen enthält, die durch eine nicht eben komfortable Treppe verbunden sind. Das ist sicher kein Problem für Leute bis 50, aber ich bin 83 und habe schon meine liebe Not damit gehabt.
