Leider etwas warm und stickig Super das die Klima vorhanden ist mir aber persönlich zu laut wenn man diese in der Nacht benötigen sollte Nur eine persönliche Meinung Sonst alles top

Nice apartment right in the centre of Passau. Clean, had everything we needed and right next door to all that Passau has to offer. We found access to a washing machine very helpful
Perhaps air conditioning. It did have it but could do with modernising

Great location. Has a washer and dryer which is rare.
No elevator for three flights of stairs, a bummer after a long day of biking and a lot of luggage. The AC is weak, requires user assembly, and loud.
