Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Es sind Lidl, Edeka, Netto und Norma in der Nähe und können sogar fußläufig erreicht werden. Zum Zentrum Passau braucht man mit dem Auto 5 min und zu Fuß ca. 45 min. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem Berg, man muss also auch "Höhenmeter" bewältigen können. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Wohnung vorhanden und das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. In der Küche war fast alles vorhanden was man braucht, nur ein Schneidebrett hat uns gefehlt.
Beim Ausziehsofa konnten wir das Ausziehbauteil nicht befestigen und es rutschte dadurch immer weg, ggf. ist es gar nicht defekt und wir waren auch nicht fähig es richtig zu nutzen. Als wir ankamen, war keine Toilettenpapier vorhanden, aber das haben wir einfach schnell besorgt.
