Die Lage und das unkomplizierte Check in und Check Out waren super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hergerichtet und gemütlich.
Beim Check in hat die Wohnung stark nach gebratenes Öl und Essen gerochen. Manche Oberflächen und Geräte in der Küche waren klebrig. Das Bett hat auch nicht mehr frisch gerochen und es gab ein paar Flecken.

Für einen Besuch von Passau liegt die Wohnung sehr gut, da alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Trotzdem lässt es sich ruhig schlafen hier.

Nettes, zentral gelegenes Apartment in der Altstadt. Es war alles vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherren lief reibungslos. Ein Bäcker war vor der Tür und alles war fußläufig erreichbar.
Leider war es nicht so sauber und die Schiebetür zum Schlafzimmer hat gar nicht funktioniert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (3 Nächte) wurde das Treppenhaus frisch gestrichen, was nicht so angenehm war, da im Treppenhaus nicht gut gelüftet werden konnte und alles sehr eng war.
