Located Opposite Cheras Eko mall. Very convenient
6.4 / 10Average·Oct 2026
1. Pricing - individual preference. For around RM250 per night, there are many other options available and not necessarily this hotel.
2. Staff - A bit cold and aloof
HIGHLIGHTS
1. Free Game of Shuffle Board at the Lobby + Kids Simple Lego Play Set at Level 4
2. Gentle Mess Cafe staff was warm, hospitable, super friendly and kind. Two thumbs up
3. Breakfast as listed can be misleading because it is in the form of a bagel and coffee or burger-sized sandwich with coffee. But the sandwich was really nice. You have two options : Egg & Mayo or Spicy Tuna with cheese? Something like that. For other burger-sized sandwiches - you have to top up around RM10 if you use your "breakfast voucher" with it.
4. Just opposite Eko Cheras Mall. Be aware that you need to walk about 150M to the overhead bridge and cross it and then another 150M to the main entrance of the mall.
5. Hot & Cold Water Dispenser available on my floor (L11) - I believe it is the same for all the other floors
6. Smoking Zone was very pleasant at L4 at a corner. Very very considerate.
Overall, if you need the location, then it is a good stay. Pricing tends to fluctuate as expected. I have seen the prices gone down to around RM100+ on Agoda. But when I booked it was much higher - due probably to the fact that it was the weekend when Bahrain F1 race was taking place at Sepang International Circuit.
