Good Location
Stayed 12/01/2026 Booked for work purposes for engineers due to good location. On the first night there was no heating, an error on the boiler, and shower issues. These were reported the next morning, but despite multiple calls, staff could not give any timeframe for repair. As the apartment was freezing during winter, we had to book alternative accommodation, having already paid £426.16 plus a £200 deposit. After confirming we wouldn’t stay another night, we were then told an hour later that the issues were “fixed,” which was untrue. When collecting belongings that evening, the apartment was still cold and the boiler error remained. Four days after checkout we were wrongly accused of damage (door lock and carpet stains), which did not occur. 360 Stays refused to refund the unused nights and withheld the £200 deposit, offering only 1 night as a “goodwill” refund after 12 days of chasing. Poor communication - Avoid.
