The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy via the keysafe.
The communication was poor, I had tried multiple times to contact Oliver prior to our stay but he didn't reply. He said it was a fault with booking.com but I didn't have a problem with any of my other bookings. He eventually replied and told us we wouldn't be staying in the apartment and would stay in another apartment. It wasn't our chosen location but what would we do at this late stage?
I had asked Oliver for 11am check out as stated at this property and he agreed however the cleaners turned up around ten and said they hadn't been told of 11am check out by Oliver.
There was no hot water, thankfully the shower was electric.
There was a strong smell of rotten milk from the bin, it needs bleached.
There was only one toilet roll for a three night stay for 4 people....
There was no hand soap.
I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned.
I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location was good, Rob booked the accommodation for my daughter and I, and we found the place well equipped. The kitchen was very well designed and equipped.
The toilet was difficult to flush, and there should have been a proper shower.
You have a frying pan in the kitchen that should be replaced.

Location was very good. Quiet, despite nearness to railway station. Flat light and airy with well proportioned rooms. Private parking was a definite bonus.
Boiler in bedroom was not conducive for sleeping, but this was sorted by switching it off through the night. Flat was warm enough for this not to be a problem.

Comfortable, very well-equipped apartment. Only stayed 2 days but would be equally ideal for longer leisure and business stays, close to the railway station and on routes to surrounding areas. Apartment and parking felt secure. Apartment was very clean and tidy (aside from oven/grill which needed cleaning). Instructions sent by phone on parking and access to flat were very good.
Minor issue with controlling the central heating, meaning the apartment was too hot. Would be useful to have information on local attractions and services for visitors

Very well equipped kitchen tea, coffee etc provided together with basic cleaning facilities. Good clean bathroom.
All equipment was in good working order.
There was a constant hum from the boiler that was housed within in a cupboard in the bedroom that I could hear throughout the night.

A self check-in service, Oliver (the host) was only a phone call away. Apartment was very clean and fresh. couldnt fault it for anything, kitchen had everything you needed, the place was comfy and cozy, basically what we wanted for a weekend away. the Apartment is close to town center, and a park. good location for us to visit the Legoland 30 minutes drive. Deposit was refunded next day after check-out. Will be staying here again if available. The Building has a Private Car park behind which was convenient.
This does not have anything to do with the Apartment and service. The buildings' car park did not have Floodlight, we arrived late at night and was dark, would have been good to have a sensor light to help us walk out of the car park.

It's a good idea to have a mat in the bathtub plus an inside handle. I have a dodgy knee and I feared, I might slip and fall.

We were met at the property by Oliver who showed us around and explained everything. The apartment was well fitted out and had all mod cons. Apartment was spacious and clean and situated near to town centre.
Unfortunately the stairs were a bit of a problem being disabled but we were advised of them before hand so this is not a complaint, merely an observation.
