Perhaps a later check out. We found 10am a little early especially as we stayed over the Christmas period.

I liked the fact that it’s ground floor, in a quiet location, spacious and close to the train station.
I think that cushioned seats for the dining table would be beneficial as would some mood lighting and rugs. Furthermore a television in the bedroom would be great. And one important point is that the toilet flush is not working properly and it’s frustrating…so something should be done about this. Illuminated keybox digits made from plastic would be good too and door numbers above the front main door.

It was in a good location and the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Arriving at the property and someone else being there and confronting us about being kicked out. He booked it and the owner kicked him out. This was not correct but not a great welcome. The place was looking tired and not that clean. The communication prior to arriving didn’t come despite messages to the owner. It was then received the night before. There was an old slipper under the bed. We provided our car details weeks before our arrival as it is a parking firm that manage the car park. Our registration wasn’t provided so we received a parking notice of £100 a week after departing. There is a severe lack of attention to detail and issues with communication.

We liked the flat in general: its location, the distribution of space inside, the furniture, the feeling about it, the colour scheme, the comfort inside, the fact that the bathroom had a shower cabin.
The pots and pans were in awful, unusable condition and should be replaced. We found, though, this to be true in general in self-catering properties offered. Is there a way that the landlords replace pots and pans and adopt a better system for monitoring maintenance?

Review for 4 Suffield Lodge we were transferred from Saffron Court because of a problem. This was done very efficiently by the agent.

Well laid out and comfortable apartment. All of the necessary equipment including cooker, washing machine/dryer, fridge /freezer, microwave and lovely big shower. Nice sized tv with selection of sites to view. All cooking pots, crockery and cutlery provided. Checking in and out all done remotely so avoiding personal contact with present covid problems.
Whilst there was a welcome sheet with rules and regulations, it would have been better if there had been a welcome pack with instructions for the appliances like you get elsewhere.

It's very clean, spacious and comfortable, close to town center, train station and parks for kids. Has off road / free parking.
Communication was excellent, can't fault it in any way. It had everything you nrd washer dryer, iron, hairdryer etc. It exceeded our expectation.

Perfect location for myself getting to work, carpark behind apartment, near shops, restaurants, market, usual amenities, also 2 mins walk to Wycombe Rye so lovely for an evening stroll. Simply a lovely clean and well equipped apartment ideal for work or social trips. Would highly recommend and would book again. Excellent

The Host was very friendly, easy to contact. I ended up arriving earlier than expected and he was flexible. I went to the shops to pick up supplies and he was there when I got back.
