This is a charming guesthouse created from a traditional Japanese house, with lovely DIY touches by the host. It’s kept very clean throughout! Although it’s a compact space, it’s fully equipped with three AC units and two fans, so the temperature was always comfortable. I really appreciated that the AC units aren't pointed directly at the beds. The beds are a bit narrow, but they easily fit four people comfortably with crisp, clean bedding. The modern amenities are fantastic for longer stays—including a dishwasher, washer-dryer combo, and a modern bidet toilet. Having the Famicom and Super Famicom Minis hooked up to the TV was a fun bonus for cozy evenings! The bathroom area looks a bit old-fashioned, but hot water comes out instantly and the shower water pressure is great. The bath towels are high quality and super comfortable. Washing them during the day meant we always had fluffy towels ready. The host was extremely helpful, offering great local tips and responding quickly to any messages. The surrounding nature is stunning. It’s a peaceful rural town near both the sea and the river. The upper reaches of the Choshi River, in particular, are breathtaking!

There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, and the streets get very quiet after 5:00 p.m., so it’s best to buy groceries beforehand. Also, since it’s in the countryside, you should expect a few friendly insects now and then!

ハンガーがなかったので、あると嬉しいです ネマキはないので、持参したTシャツを使いました
