Whole house with two rooms and a living room/kitchen. Two single beds. Large and clean located near the river with free parking underneath. We used a code to access the key. Kitchen has all utensils so we were able to cook easily. We stayed here and then hiked on Odaigahara the next day. Felt comfortable - we would definitely used this place again.
There's a large patio out back - a barbecue would have been great!

Great location, super close to the entrance of the mountain and a great spot to base yourself from.
Not the fault of the property, but navigation sent us down a narrow street to get there - instead turn right on the street that the apartment is on and the garage is right there.

Excellent location and plenty of space. Easy to find and atmospheric neighborhood. Host was responsive and helpful. Scenery in the area is beautiful.
Limited cookware (small pot, scratched Teflon frying pan) didn't really make cooking in the apartment an option. Limited restaurant options in the area meant a long walk to get something to eat. We ended up walking about 1.5km east to a Chinese restaurant one day, and 1.4km southwest to a different Chinese restaurant the next day.
