車でかしわら神宮まで10分かからないくらいでした。近くで蛍も見られるそうです。
古いワンルームのアパートと言った感じで寝るだけに利用するなら不自由はありません。お風呂は車で近くのスーパー銭湯に行きました。

ハイシーズンでも安い事と、静かなロケーションとまったく時間に縛られない事が一番のポイントです。他にないと思います。
キッチン排水管関係のトラブルか、部屋にいると下水の匂いがキツイです。
シンク排水トラップに防臭キャップが見当たりませんでした。
あと、贅沢かもしれませんがウォシュレットだったら満点でした。

・夏場なので、洗濯機使い放題はありがたかった。
・管理人さんが、蛍光灯をすぐ交換してくれた。
・無料の駐車場が４台分あった。
築30年以上と思われるアパートなので多くは期待できないのを前提として、
・7月下旬に利用したが、熱がこもっていて、すぐに室内に入れなかった。
（到着時間を伝えてあるので、エアコンを効かせておいて欲しかった）
・冷蔵庫の熱がキッチンの上まで伝わってくるほどで、ちょっと心配になった。
・エアコンが古くて、リモコンの文字がよく見えなかった。
・ウォシュレットがなかった。
・パソコン仕事をするデスクがなかった。
