二重窓だから熱気が来ずクーラー快適。IHコンロ、食器類、カセットコンロ、冷蔵庫もあるから、材料さえ買い揃えたら自由に調理できます。那智勝浦の港のマグロも近隣で買えるので、お得にマグロ丼が自分で作れます。外にある自転車も使えます。 ベッド、シーツ、洗面所にタオル類あり。清潔です。洗濯も（洗剤、ハンガーあり）できます！家族で車できて、長期滞在におすすめ！
風呂場のドア周りのカビが気になったのと、排水溝から上がってくる臭いがちょっと気になりました。

まずまず綺麗でした。ベッドもフカフカで寝やすかったです。
自動給湯ではありませんでした。 キッチンに小さなアリがたくさんいました。
