Perfect place if you have a car. We could walk to Nachi falls straight from the house. Everything was very clean and very cosy. The owner was very helpful with replies. 3 min from the house is a Daimonzaka chaya where you can rent traditional kimono of the royals of ancient time and walk on the Daimonzaka - highly recommend! The house is equipped with everything that is needed. Plenty of sockets, washing machine, very well working air conditioner.

Tres proche du Kumano Nachi Taisha et du bus pour aller à Katsura. La maison est spacieuse et a tout ce dont on a besoin pour se detendre, faire a manger, sa lessive... Au milieu de la nature et au calme. Les lits etaient de bonne qualité. Le personnel est egalement tres serviable: ja avis oublie ma brosse a dent electrique et ils me l'ont envoye a mon hotel suivant.

Peu d endroit pour acheter a manger ou a boire dans les environs immediats.

Just off the trail, on Monday nothing was open after 3pm but a few souvenirs stands and after that hike no food is an issue. We purchased snacks but the emergency food stash was also a welcome site even if we only needed a little top up. Also loved the feel of staying remote in a very local home. So many small touches to make the stay better like boot dryers and chargers along with the comfy beds. Would say the place was nicer than the pictures which is a rare find these days too. Thanks for a nice stay
