房間有廚房，電池爐等工具，可以自己煮食。自帶停車位，停車方便。房間整潔乾淨，床鋪舒適，毛巾新且乾淨。自助入住登記方便，房東會提前詢問到達時間並開好冷氣，桌上有預留的電器使用手冊和注意事項等，很貼心。距離勝浦市場和沙灘開車約10分鐘。
住宿地點接近山裡，遇到有小蜘蛛和黃蜂跑到屋內（可能只是巧合）。垃圾袋只找到一個，連續住宿要考慮垃圾裝放。住客要自帶牙刷用具。晚上開車回家路上燈少比較黑，星空很清晰（這是優點）。那智勝浦市場和商店街很多5-6點已經關門，餐廳等建議盡量提前預訂。

1人静かにいられた
強いて言えば、周りの飲食店のなさ。しかしながら、メールにてその便の悪さは承っていたので問題ありません
