とにかく広くて快適。魚を捌くための施設がしっかりしている。トランプ、UNOなどの簡単なカードゲームが置いてある。
虫が多いが、立地的に仕方がない。防虫の対策はしっかりとされている。

大島リゾートさんが運営されてる安心感 必要最低限の設備が揃っていた 平屋建てで　3部屋あり　広々していて快適 全室クーラーが効いて快適 トイレやお風呂もそれぞれ古いですが綺麗でした キッチンは炊飯器レンジあり 冷蔵庫も一般家庭の大きさで良い ガスコンロは一口簡易コンロあり 調理器具や食器類は最低限のものが揃ってました 離れに洗濯機場もあり　 バーベキュウ場があり　コンロ持ち込みでバーベキュウできたのが良い　蚊取り線香や殺虫剤あり　虫除けは持参
虫が出るのは否めないが　殺虫剤はG用ではないのでG用置いてほしい　2回出現した為 洗濯機場までが家の横を通る時　夜間暗い（玄関に懐中電灯あり） 定年劣化は否めないが　細かい所を徹底的に掃除してくれてたら　好感度も上がると思います（洗濯機場の掃除とか）
